Pedestrian Identified In North Las Vegas Crash

A pedestrian killed in an accident in North Las Vegas was identified as Jasmine Bryant, 23, according to recent reports. Police continue to investigate the crash that killed the young woman as she crossed Mojave at Bonanza. Witnesses stated that the victim was not in a marked crosswalk at the time of the crash. She was initially transported to an area hospital but died from her injuries. Police have stated that the person who hit Ms. Bryant was driving a pickup truck and may have been suffering from some type of medical episode at the time of the crash. After hitting the victim, the driver of the pickup continued to roll down to Pecos and Bonanza and hit two cars. The driver was transported to the hospital; the other two drivers suffered only minor injuries.
